Meral Alma presents her celebration of color in Erkelenz
Visitors can expect color explosions bursting with character. The space is filled with multi-part canvases that together form a single work.
People are her focus; they appear in every one of her paintings. Now Jüchen artist Meral Alma is exhibiting in Erkelenz. Punks are a signature series. Strikingly rendered with multicolored hair on differently-primed large canvases, they are memorable to say the least. The paintings are currently on view in Haus Spiess, where they hang in different rooms.
